Shop Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases in the online shop of Susanne Vielmetter Los Angeles Projects, LLC (“Vielmetter Los Angeles”), 1700 S Santa Fe Ave #101, Los Angeles, CA 90021, USA. By placing an order you accept them.

Products. We describe and photograph each item as accurately as we can; colours on screen may differ from the original. Unique works exist once, and editions in a limited number.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and sales tax are added at checkout. Payment is made on Shopify’s checkout pages; we do not receive your full card number.

Orders. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. A unique work may sell at the gallery while it is in your cart; if an item is no longer available, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery and risk. Shipping follows our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered.

Returns. Our Refund Policy applies; unique works and editions are final sale. It does not limit your rights under the law.

Copyright. Buying an artwork, edition or book does not transfer the copyright or other rights of the artist, which remain with the artist. Images and texts on this website may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. To the extent the law permits, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Courts in Los Angeles County have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to sue at home.
