Paul Mpagi Sepuya is included in Friends & Lovers at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art on view through March 2, 2025 curated by James Glisson.

Drawing on artworks in the SBMA collection and loans from artists, this exhibition explores art about LGTBQ friendship, companionship, solidarity, and desire.

The exhibition features several works by Sepuya from the last five years including works from his A Conversation Around Pictures series and Dark Room Studio Mirror series.
