In collaboration with New Documents, Fillip, and Mitchell-Innes & Nash, Vielmetter Los Angeles invites you to a conversation between artists Andrea Fraser & Pope.L at noon on Saturday June 4, 2022.
This conversation is organized on the occasion of the launch of two publications: Services Working Group (Fillip, 2021) and Pope.L: My Kingdom for a Title (New Documents & Mitchell-Innes & Nash, 2021).
This event will provide both artists an opportunity to discuss the overlaps and divergences in their practices within the context of Pope.L’s current exhibition at Vielmetter Los Angeles and Fraser’s recent Hammer Project. The discussion will be moderated by curator Eric Golo Stone and Mitchell-Innes & Nash partner, Courtney Willis Blair.
