# Shop Refund Policy

You can return books and other items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging.

**Unique works and editions are final sale.** They cannot be returned or exchanged, except when they arrive damaged or are not as described (see below). Each one is marked as final sale on its page, before you buy.

**How to return.** E-mail info@vielmetter.com with your order number before you send anything; we will confirm the return and its details. Send the item to Vielmetter Los Angeles, 1700 S Santa Fe Ave #101, Los Angeles, CA 90021, USA. You pay the return shipping, which is not refunded. For items over $75 we recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

**Refunds.** Once your return has arrived and been checked, we e-mail you and refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

**Partial refunds.** We may refund part of the price for an item that comes back used, damaged or incomplete for reasons that are not our fault.

**Sale items** cannot be returned; only items bought at the regular price can.

**Damaged or defective items.** If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not as described, e-mail info@vielmetter.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
